Salvation through Jesus Christ
If you were to die today would you know where you would go? Would Heaven be your final resting place, or Hell? Whichever place you go to will be for eternity, and eternity is forever.
If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, the Bible says that you are going to go to Hell, no ifs, ands, or buts. Hell is very real; and because of an ever burning fire, Hell is very hot!
Heaven, on the other hand, is pure bliss, and those that have made Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior will spend eternity with Him and God the Father.
What must we do to be “saved” from spending eternity in Hell?
John 3:1
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
How is a person “born again?”
John 3: 16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
If you wish to make Jesus Christ Lord of your life today, say this prayer:
"Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. Today dear Jesus I repent of all my sins, and make you the Lord of my life. Thank You Jesus for forgiving my sins; please come into my heart. In Jesus name I ask this."
